Monarch is a one-person real estate media studio based in New York City. I shoot photos and video for agents, brokerages, homeowners selling on their own, and short-term rental hosts across the five boroughs, Long Island, and parts of upstate New York.
I started this because most listing photos do the property a disservice. A home is the biggest thing most people will ever sell, and the photos are usually the first thing a buyer sees. They deserve to be good.
My job is to make a home look like somewhere a buyer wants to live. Clean light, accurate color, an honest frame. No tricks that fall apart at the showing.

What to expect from inquiry to delivery.
Booking is straightforward. Send the property details through the contact form and I will reply with a shoot window. Day-before requests are sometimes possible, but a week or more of lead time is ideal.
Photos are delivered within 24 hours of the shoot. Video turnaround depends on the cut and is quoted per project.
Everything is delivered through a Google Drive link with high-resolution and web-sized files included. Editing covers color, exposure, lens correction, and basic cleanup. Heavy retouching, virtual staging, and twilight composites are available as add-ons.
One round of revisions is included. Further revisions are billable.
